At Green Tea Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium loose-leaf tea and teaware. Due to the perishable nature of food products, we offer returns on unopened tea and damaged merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your tea packaging is unopened and in its original condition, or that your teaware is unused and in its original box.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of any damaged items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and include the RMA slip inside the box, then ship the package back to our distribution center using a tracked service.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
